This perennial meadow on a road verge along globe way, Buckley is one of our wildflower seeded sites. The meadow was created in 2021 using boston seeds BSXM dual purpose 70/30 seed mix. During the summer months you should be able to spot some of the following species.
This wildflower site is usually managed through one cut and collect a year between August and October. It is essential that cuttings are collected and removed. This reduces fertility and subsequently; the ‘vigour’ of the grasses year on year, which favours the continued establishment of perennial flowering species.
